Warranty Registration

For your guarantee to be valid, you will first need to register your product below and follow the correct care instructions as outlined on the product label. We also recommend you retain your original purchase receipt as this will be required in the event of a return or refund. For a complete overview of what your warranty covers and its terms and conditions, please view your warranty card.

To register your product for warranty please either fill out the form below, or scan the QR code found on your product envelope located inside your products packaging.

Warranty Claims

We honour our obligations under Australian consumer law and will be happy to provide you with an exchange or refund if an item has a significant problem. Items found to be faulty will be repaired, replaced or refunded the original value of the item..

To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase is required, and we reserve the right to assess the condition and age of any returned item/s before offering an exchange, repair or refund.


When returning an item, please include/ensure:

• Proof of purchase (receipt, tax invoice or packing slip)
• All original packaging and all labels
• The product is in its original condition and has not been washed or used

Returns & Refunds

At Bambi, we want you to be able to shop with us with complete confidence. To help you make the most of your experience, we offer a clear and transparent return and refund policy. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund any bedding products unless you have a valid claim of law. For this reason, we encourage you to select items carefully before making a purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item/s are returned under a warranty claim.

Privacy

We take your privacy seriously, which is why we do not disclose any information we collect about you to any third parties, with the exception of our delivery partners, without your prior consent. Similarly, we will not sell or rent any information we collect about you.
