What is the product registration and warranty?

Bambi offers individual guarantees, which are product specific. For the warranty to be valid, you must first fill out the online product registration form. The warranty becomes void if you fail to follow the correct care instructions as outlined on the sewn-in label. You need to retain the original purchase receipt to make a claim or return to the retailer. Please read your warranty card for a full list of warranty terms and conditions.

My product is faulty, who do I contact?

In the rare situation where your Bambi product is faulty or with any issue, please contact us directly and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. The easiest way to do this is to contact us by email or by using the form on our website.

Where is my nearest stockist?

Please visit our store locator page for a full list of stores that supply and sell Bambi products.

There are no stockists near me. How can I order your products?

Our products can be purchased online via our storefront, with online payment options available.

Do you offer a mail order service?

Our online store eliminates the need for a mail-order service. Our store stocks a wide range of Bambi bedding products that can be ordered and paid for directly on our site. Retail stores may offer mail-order services, but this is retailer dependent and not as standard.

Payments

Do you accept online payments?

We do. We offer a variety of payment options for our customers. We currently accept credit card payments, as well as PayPal and AfterPay. Each payment method comes with its own terms and conditions. Please make sure you choose one that is appropriate for you and your country.

What currencies do you accept for payments?

All payments are made in Australian dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We are unable to accept payment in other currencies. For international orders, your payment will be converted from your currency into AUD at the time of purchase. You should be able to view the currency conversion via PayPal before submitting your order. Conversion rates and fees are determined by the payment provider.

Do you offer payment instalment plans?

We don’t personally offer payment instalment plans. However, we do accept payment via AfterPay. Choose the products that you want and pay the balance off in four equal payments over an 8-week period.

How do I pay with Afterpay?

To be eligible to use AfterPay, there are a few requirements you need to fulfil. These include:

  • Having an Australian residential address.
  • Being over 18 years old.
  • Paying via credit or debit card.
  • Spending between $100 and $1,500.
  • Paying the first instalment upfront.

To use this service, you must create an account. To this, simply add the products that you want into your basket and select AfterPay as the payment method during checkout. If you already have an account, you can continue to checkout. If not, you’ll be prompted to create a new account. Payment cannot be split with gift cards. The full balance must be made via AfterPay.

How will I be refunded if I need to make a return?

Typically, you will receive your refund via the same method that you made payment with. As an example, if you paid with PayPal your refund will be processed via PayPal. Likewise, payments via bank transfer shall be returned via bank transfer.

Sizing & Aftercare

How is wool warm in winter yet cool in summer?

Wool has thermal regulating properties that allow it to ‘breathe’. During the cool winter months, wool acts as an insulator keeping body heat and warmth trapped between the fibres and your skin. During the warmer months, it absorbs moisture keeping and allows for improved airflow keeping you cool and sweat-free. All of our wool quilts are made using only the finest Australian wool.

Are electric blankets safe to use with underlays?

While it is safe to use an electric blanket with your underlay – as long as it’s in good condition, many people find it unnecessary. Bambi wool underlays provide all of the warmth and comfort you need for a fantastic night’s sleep.

How can I get stains and mishaps out of my bedding?

The Bambi product you have will determine the cleaning instructions. All of our products can be safely spot cleaned, with many being machine washable. Please visit our Product Care guide to find the general cleaning instructions you need and refer to your packaging and care label on your product.

Which of your products is hypoallergenic?

We make it easy to identify our hypoallergenic and antibacterial products. Any product that can be machine washed and tumble dried.

Do you make bedding in custom sizes?

We are happy to discuss your custom sized bedding needs if you are looking to stock or sell them in your store. Please contact us via the contact page and one of our team will get back to you.

Do you make bedding in super king-size?

We are happy to say yes. We currently have several options for Super King Size quilts and mattress protectors. If you are looking for other bedding products in Super King Size, please contact us with your requirements and details and we will get back to you.

How do I know you have the right size for me?

When it comes to buying bedding, it can be hard to get the perfect size for your needs. With different size guidelines determined not only by country but by manufacturer, it can be confusing. The easiest way to determine which sizes to choose with Bambi, please refer to our Sizing Guide below.

Can I machine wash Bambi bedding products?

This largely depends on which product it is that you want to machine wash. We manufacture a large range of machine washable bedding products. Some can be washed entirely, others have removable covers. Care instructions can be found in the sewn-in product label, on the product listing page, on the original packaging and on our product care page.
